I had my omentectomy on December 16th. The surgeon told me he had to remove my omentum, appendix, spleen, a suspicious spot and some lymph nodes. I got out of hospital on 19th and have been doing my best to interact with the kids and get them excited for Christmas. I have to wait for pathology results. It'll be a few weeks. So, I need to find out if those other areas were cancerous or if the suspicious blisters on them were from chemo damage. If it's cancer it means it's spread even though I've had chemo which is not good news. I think that'll be new year before I hear. I'm determined to beat this! On the plus side though if I don't, I get to see you soon and I've missed you so much. Love you dad xxx
